Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days and arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also check your status anytime on our order tracking page using your order reference and the email you used at checkout.
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@ziphardware.com with your order number. Full details are on our returns & refunds page.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square, our secure payment processor. Your payment is encrypted end to end, and we never see or store your full card details.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@ziphardware.com. We'll do our best, but once an order has shipped we may not be able to make changes.
We'll make it right. Email support@ziphardware.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. See our warranty page for more.
We currently ship within the United States. If you'd like to ship elsewhere, contact us first and we'll let you know what's possible.
