Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimums and no hidden fees at checkout. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive an email confirmation when you order, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days depending on your location and the carrier. In most cases you can expect your order to arrive within 7–14 business days of placing it.

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and high-volume periods such as holidays can occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our order tracking page using your order reference and the email address you used at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you have a question about shipping to a specific location, contact us before ordering at support@ziphardware.com.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package — sometimes on different days. There's never an extra charge for this. If you've received part of your order but not the rest after the estimated window, just reach out.

Delays, lost or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors or building management.
  • Allow 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark items delivered slightly early.
  • Contact us at support@ziphardware.com with your order number, and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at our discretion. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before the order leaves.
